Is it solid silver or silver plated?

Solid silver. Our pieces are 875 or 925 silver; the standard and the weight are stated on the page of each piece.

Is the engraving done by hand?

Yes. Every piece is engraved and finished by hand, so small differences between two similar pieces are normal and are part of their character.

What is niello?

Niello is a black alloy laid into engraved lines and fused with the silver. It makes the pattern stand out in deep black against the bright metal and does not wear off like paint.

How much does delivery cost and how long does it take?

Delivery is free to any address in the UAE, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah. It takes 2 to 5 days after we confirm your order.

Can I return a piece?

Each piece is prepared and presented for you individually, so returns and exchanges are not accepted. Before you order we will gladly send more photographs, the weight and the dimensions so you can be sure of your choice.

How do I order and pay?

Add the pieces to the bag and send a request, or write to us on WhatsApp or by email. We confirm availability and the final total with you before any payment. All prices are in UAE dirhams.

Can I see more photographs before ordering?

Yes. Write to us about any piece and we will send more photographs and details.

Do you help with gifts for several people or for a company?

Yes. Tell us the occasion, the number of gifts and your budget, and we will suggest suitable pieces from the collection.

How should I care for silver?

Wash silver by hand in warm water with a mild soap and dry it at once with a soft cloth. Do not use a dishwasher or abrasive polish. Silver that is used often keeps its shine best; store it dry, ideally wrapped in cloth.
